We welcome your participation in the third US/EU-Baltic International Symposium (May 27-29) and encourage personal interaction to promote the exchange of scientific and technical information. Our program will include notable speakers and a cross section of papers from more than 20 countries, including the nine countries that border the Baltic Sea, other EU countries, and the U.S.A. Our theme, “Ocean Observations, Ecosystem-Based Management and Forecasting” will build on the two successful symposia held in Lithuania in 2004 & 2006.
